SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the RECG Property Acquisitions SMS program operated by RECollective Group (RECG). Please also review our Privacy Policy.

What messages cover

RECG communicates with consenting property owners, sellers, and real-estate brokers about developer acquisition interest, potential property sales, land and multifamily acquisition opportunities, property information, follow-up questions, and scheduling calls. Our acquisition discussions may concern California, Connecticut, and other selected U.S. markets.

RECG is the identified sender and may represent a developer whose identity is disclosed after initial qualification. Developer identities may remain confidential during that initial discussion. SMS consent to RECG does not authorize a separate developer or affiliate to send its own marketing texts.

Participation and consent

SMS participation is voluntary. Before enrollment, you must provide the consent applicable to the messages you will receive through the specific opt-in process presented to you. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying or selling property, purchasing services, or receiving assistance through other channels.

Providing a telephone number, appearing in a property database, having an existing business relationship, or passing a do-not-contact screening does not by itself enroll you. These terms do not constitute an opt-in form or retroactive evidence of consent. We retain consent and suppression records to administer the program.

Automated messages and AI replies

Messages may be sent using automated technology, and an AI assistant may answer initial questions, collect property details, and help schedule a conversation. You may ask to speak with a RECG team member. Automated responses do not create a binding offer, purchase agreement, agency agreement, or other transaction commitment.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. RECG does not charge a separate fee to participate in this SMS program. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply; contact your carrier for plan details.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. We also honor other supported standard opt-out keywords and clear requests not to be contacted. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out, after which further program messages stop unless you subsequently provide the required consent again. You can also request removal at Mark@RECollectiveGroup.com.

How to get help

Reply HELP to a program text, email Mark@RECollectiveGroup.com, or call 209 408 7391. If your number changes or you no longer control it, please notify us so we can update our records.

Delivery and availability

Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network coverage, and other factors. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use SMS for emergencies or time-sensitive legal notices.

Privacy and program changes

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers may process data solely to operate RECG's program on our behalf. The Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, retention, and your choices.

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Material changes will be communicated as required, and new consent will be obtained where required. Updates do not override an existing opt-out or extend consent to unrelated messaging topics.
