This Privacy Policy explains how RECollective Group (RECG) handles personal information in connection with recollectivegroup.com, property-acquisition inquiries, and our SMS messaging program. RECG provides acquisition support and communicates with owners, sellers, and brokers on behalf of developers.

Information we collect

• Contact and business information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, professional roles, and communication preferences.
• Property and inquiry information: property addresses, parcel identifiers, ownership information, asking prices, transaction timing, documents you provide, and details of potential opportunities.
• Communications and consent records: inquiries, correspondence, message content, SMS consent records, and unsubscribe or do-not-contact requests.
• Website information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions collected through hosting and security services and, with your permission, optional analytics.

Information may come from you, your authorized representative, public property records, licensed property-research services such as PropStream, and our existing business relationships. A telephone number obtained through public records, skip tracing, or property research is not permission to enroll that number in SMS marketing.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, evaluate property opportunities, coordinate with developers we represent, schedule conversations, maintain business records, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use consent and suppression records to manage messaging preferences and honor opt-out requests.

SMS messaging and automated assistance

The RECG Property Acquisitions SMS program concerns developer interest in properties, potential sales, acquisition criteria, property details, and related scheduling. Participation is optional. Marketing enrollment requires the applicable documented consent. Messages may be automated or handled by an AI assistant; message content may be processed by our messaging and AI service providers to respond and route inquiries to our team.

Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to RECG and is not transferred to developers or other businesses for their own messaging. Necessary messaging, hosting, and support providers may process this information solely to deliver or administer RECG's program on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

When information is disclosed

We use service providers for website hosting, security, business communications, scheduling, CRM storage, and messaging. Relevant property and transaction information may be disclosed to developers we represent and professional advisers as needed to evaluate or coordinate an opportunity, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations. This does not transfer SMS consent or authorize those parties to market to you by text.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections. Any broader disclosure described here excludes sharing mobile numbers or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Cookies, analytics, and external services

The website offers optional Microsoft Clarity analytics to understand visits, clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session recordings. RECG and Microsoft process website-interaction and device data when you allow this analytics feature. The website's analytics controls keep advertising consent disabled, do not load optional tracking when you decline, and honor Global Privacy Control. You can change your selection using the analytics-preference control on the homepage.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We may retain minimal consent and suppression records after an unsubscribe or deletion request so we can honor that request. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for these purposes. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw messaging consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing Mark@RECollectiveGroup.com. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify your request and retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. Withdrawing SMS consent stops future program messages; it does not require you to stop communicating with RECG through another channel.

Our services are intended for adults conducting real-estate business and are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
