Dataset coverage varies; map results are not a parcel-wide determination or environmental clearance.
Agency workbook preparation and document consistency
Pre-fill eight reviewed project identity fields in supported 2026 CTCAC Excel templates: the 9% E-Application or 4% Attachment 40. Export a review checklist and complete the remaining schedules in Excel. Compare project-level values from stored document extractions and transcribed claims. Documents without extraction are identified; AI extraction requires service activation.
Housing funding notices and agency source monitoring

Track financing conditions, building completion, cost certification, placed-in-service packages and tax-form handoff. Assign owners, due dates and supporting files. Follow approved budgets, invoices, changes, future costs and contingency. Clients enter actual deadlines from their commitments and agency notices.

Access is controlled by account and project membership.
Optional email reminders and calendar subscriptions
Choose weekly email summaries of overdue and upcoming saved project items and monitored source changes. Subscribe to a revocable private calendar URL in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, or download a calendar snapshot. Subscription refresh timing depends on the calendar provider. Emails are off until you opt in.
